LLANDUDNO

Llandudno is a quiet and exclusive suburb of Cape Town, located in the Western Cape province of South Africa. It has no street lights, shops or businesses, and it is home to some of the most luxurious and pricey properties in the country.

The main attraction of Llandudno is its stunning beach, which is surrounded by large granite rocks and mountains. The beach is a favourite spot for surfers, but not for swimmers, as the water is very cold and rough.

From Llandudno beach, one can also walk to Sandy Bay, a secluded beach that is still frequented by nudists. The suburb is named after a coastal town in North Wales, which shares the same name and meaning: “Parish of Saint Tudno” in Welsh.

If one is looking for more entertainment and amenities, one can drive for five minutes from Llandudno to Hout Bay, a lively fishing village that offers a variety of Cape Town restaurants, shops, attractions and activities. Hout Bay is a contrast to the peaceful and scenic Llandudno, but both are part of the beautiful Atlantic seaboard of the Cape Peninsula.

Please note: There are no many parking spots. On the weekends you need to come early and drink everything you as there are, as mentioned above, no shops.
