Belly of the Beast | Creative South African Cuisine | Best value for money

This is our favorite. The restaurant is for us the best in Cape Town looking at value for money. It is a very creative cuisine with changing menu. The two chef's Anouchka Horn and Neil Swart source from local sustainable producers and use every part of the animal. You can expect some dishes that might test your boundaries, but there is always a certain balance so that everyone will enjoy the experience. Lunch Menu: 500 ZAR for a 4 course menu.

Seven Colours Eatery | South African Cuisine | Watergate

Seven Colours Eatery is a brand that Chef Nolu Dube-Cele created to share her passion for South African food and culture. The vision behind Seven Colours Eatery is to incorporate creativity, nostalgia and diversity, and inspire a positive South African identity through food. Nolu Dube-Cele and her team are creating quality home-cooked comfort-food. The Seven Colours experience will evoke those wonderful childhood memories. Enjoy a daily Seven Colour Plate, Tshisanyama Plate, and sandwiches made out of local breads and local beverages.

Tsintswalo | Chef's Warehouse at Chapman's Peak Drive | Most scenic spot for dinner

Enjoy a lovely dinner at the most scenic spot in Cape Town. You will sit next to ocean, listening to the wave and watching the sun going down over Hout Bay. So nice!

It is a 40min drive from Cape Town's city centre in the direction Nordhoek. If you have the money, you can also stay in the Hotel.

Oranjezicht Market | Best Market & good alternative to the Neighbourgoods Market | Every Thursday and Sunday

The Oranjezicht Market in Cape Town, close to the stadium and Waterfront, is a farmer style market. It was a nice view on the harbour and a very realxed vibe. There are many food offers and you can get homemade soap, sustainable clothes, selfmade pesto and more from local producer.

Click here for more information around a day at the Oranjezicht Market.

Neighbourgoods Market | Food, Drinks, Music, Good Vibes | Old Biscuit Mill, Woodstock

The Neighbourgoods Market at Old Biscuit Mill is more or less an institution on saturday's in Cape Town.  The location at the old mill is special with a historical charme. The vibe is relaxed, but a bit more busy than Oranjezicht Market. People are dancing to music having a drink and starting the saturday.

Bo-Kaap| Cooking Class with Faldela Tolker | Cooking with Love
