ORANJEZICHT CITY FARM MARKET

The Oranjezicht City Farm launches the Wednesday Night Market season tonight, Wednesday 5 October. The night markets take place from 5pm to 9pm with the season running through to the end of March 2023.

The OZCF Market is will continue to be, held every Saturday at 8:15am to 2pm, and Sunday at 9am to 2pm. The Market is located in Granger Bay near the V&A Waterfront.

Oranjezicht City Farm recommends arriving as the gates open to beat the queues. “Consider bringing the family for an early supper – where everyone can enjoy what they feel like, no dishes for you, and you can get home ahead of the crowds,” says the market’s Facebook page.

The Wednesday Night Markets offer food as a holistic experience. Along with old favourites like @yensvietnamesestreet and @kitchencowboys_sa, you can try vegan sushi from @plushiplatters, lobster tails from @lobster_mob, homemade pasta from @ciao_ciao_deli and much more.

With three bars to choose from, a variety of food and snack options, and beautiful sea and mountain views, this is a great way to spend a mid-week evening.

Keep in mind that Wednesday Night Markets are limited, with no grocery or lifestyle traders present except for Adene’s farm flowers, Thank Goodness and Stokkiesdraai Biltong.
